The Inbound Customer Service Representative will take inbound calls for our customers using the highest level of concern and attention to the client's needs. The CSR will show a high level of listening skills, empathy, patience and attention to detail. We are currently hiring for shifts beginning between 8:30 and 9:30am, and ending between 5 and 6pm, as well as the 2:30pm - 11pm shift, beginning on October 22nd. Training hours are to be determined. Wage is $10/hr in training, and $11.00/hr in production with the opportunity to earn bonuses after 90 day probationary period. The Customer Service Associates will have: Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to empathize and resolve customer's issues An excellent attitude, and the desire to meet both personal and company goals The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing 20 wpm or better, and good computer skills Pass background check, Drug test, Employment and Education verification High School Diploma or GED Responsible, reliable and dependable work ethic Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours- weekends required We Offer: Great Benefits Fun Work environment Schedule to be determined, candidate must have some flexibility in their schedule to accommodate our client.
