You will play a key role in guiding patients through life-changing procedures—from initial consultation to post-operative care—while building strong relationships and driving conversions. What You’ll Do: Patient Coordination & Experience Guide patients through their entire journey—from consultation to post-operative care Coordinate surgical procedures, pre-operative appointments, clearances, and timelines Assist in scheduling non-surgical treatments with nurse practitioners and aesthetic providers Ensure patients are fully informed on policies, procedures, and expectations Relationship Building & Communication Build meaningful relationships with new and existing patients Conduct high-level phone and in-person consultations Understand patient goals and document long-term treatment plans Deliver exceptional communication with professionalism and empathy Patient Education & Financial Guidance Educate patients on procedures, recovery, downtime, and expectations Confidently discuss pricing, financing options, and payment structures Execute timely and consistent follow-up to maintain engagement and trust Sales & Conversions Help patients make confident, informed decisions Present and quote treatments ranging from hundreds to $50,000 Ask for the sale in a way that aligns with patient needs and goals Utilize and execute our proven systems to drive results What We’re Looking For You are: Career-driven with a strong desire for growth and success Patient-focused with a passion for delivering an elevated experience Sales-minded and confident in guiding high-value decisions Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive, polished, and professional in all interactions You have: 2–5 years of sales experience (cosmetic, medical, device, pharma, or med spa preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments A belief in the transformative power of aesthetic medicine Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree Experience with MacPractice, TouchMD , or similar systems Knowledge of surgical procedures, injectables, lasers, or hair restoration Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $60K–$75K Bonus Potential: $10K–$35K (uncapped) Total Income: $70K–$110K Perks: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Employee treatment discounts Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a high-performing, patient-focused team—we’d love to hear from you.
