customer-focused print shop specializing in high-quality printing
services, including business cards, brochures, banners, signage,
apparel and custom projects. With a reputation for reliability and
quality, were looking to grow our team with a dedicated Sales
Representative who can help expand our customer base and maintain
strong client relationships. Position Summary: Were seeking a
motivated and personable Sales Representative with a passion for
helping businesses succeed. The ideal candidate will have previous
sales experience and a strong understanding of the printing
industry. This role involves both inside and outside sales, working
closely with customers to identify their printing needs and offer
effective solutions. Responsibilities: Generate new business
through outbound calls, networking, and in-person visits Manage
existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships
Prepare quotes and assist clients with print orders, ensuring
accuracy and satisfaction Collaborate with the production team to
ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain up-to-date
knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales; B2B sales experience
preferred Knowledge of print production and printing processes is
strongly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client visits
