Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM –
7:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a growing insurance agency
that specializes in providing affordable health insurance options
to individuals and families across multiple states. They are known
for their efficient lead generation system, supportive team
environment, and commitment to client care. With a steady flow of
high-quality inbound leads, they ensure their agents can focus on
what they do best — closing deals and helping clients find the
right coverage. Key Responsibilities: • Handle all inbound leads to
assess client needs and match them with appropriate health
insurance products • Explain policy details clearly and accurately
to ensure client understanding • Customize insurance solutions to
fit the client’s unique situation • Negotiate and close sales in a
consultative, professional manner • Process client applications and
follow up to ensure satisfaction and compliance • Maintain
organized, up-to-date client records • Meet daily, weekly, and
monthly performance goals • Collaborate with team members to
maintain a high-performance environment Requirements: • Strong
sales and communication skills • Previous experience in health
insurance, telesales, or related sales roles preferred (not
required) • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client
needs • Motivated by performance-based incentives and uncapped
earning potential • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling
confidential information is a plus • Must be coachable,
professional, and goal-oriented Compensation & Growth: Choose from
two compensation options: • Option 1 – Base Commission: • $500
weekly base pay • $20 per closed deal • $10 per approved add-on •
Option 2 – Commission Only: • 35% commission on all core policies •
70% commission on approved add-ons Additional perks: • Uncapped
