*OFFICE MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**Job Duties and Responsibilities** Ensure customer satisfaction.* Assist all customers or potential customers in a professional, courteous, reliable, attentive, and honest responsive manner.* Identify customers' needs to provide knowledgeable assistance to help them select the correct products considering their needs.* Demonstrate knowledge about the products to inform the customers and promote sales.* Follow company-approved customer service standards.* Meet or exceed objectives.* Must be able to build client confidence in the company.* Support company sales efforts through effective implementation, execution, and measurement for profitable results.* Assist with pricing related to products and services, such as price quotes, price increases, price comparisons, and special pricing. This role also handles rebates, warranty claims, vendor invoicing, special job quotes, and extended warranties duties.* Work hand in hand with our staff providing support daily and compiling monthly reporting.* Carry out telemarketing calls.* Answering multiple phone lines.* Attend phone calls from or to customers.* Schedule and dispatch workers to appropriate locations per customer requests, specifications, or needs.* Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews.* Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.* Prepare daily work and run schedules.* Receive and prepare work orders.* Monitor personnel, weather, and/or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.* Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, invoices, work, or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.* Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required per work orders or specifications.* Plan routes for the technicians to allow efficient navigation throughout the city. Also, advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.* Process special orders, locate order parts, follow up on existing orders and inform customers when their merchandise is ready for installation.* Order supplies and equipment, and issue them to personnel.* Effectively attend property managers' requests concerning the AC units of the houses under their charge.* Remain informed on all products and services offered by the company.* Recommend stocking levels for frequently ordered parts and products and maintain merchandising standards in assigned areas.* Pull permits for projects in Stuart, Port Saint Lucie, Saint Lucie County, Palm City, Fort Pierce, and surrounding areas.* Schedule inspections.* Keep the supervisor notified of important information developments, potential problems, or any information that affects effective management.* Follow rules and regulations as described in the Company Handbook* Participate in all non-commissionable events by the company such as physical inventory, sales meetings, and company internal meetings as required.* Help maintain a neat and orderly working environment.*Qualifications: *Work experience in an office environment, sales, and business development.Direct field experience in working with customers directly.Problem-solving skillsWilling to be trained and learn the necessary skills needed to complete the required tasks.Must be a quick-learning individual who can provide quality service to our customers.A highly organized person who can be self-directedStrong verbal and written communications skillsTechnical background and proficiency in Office, Microsoft, and Google apps.*Work environment*Office*Communication method(s) used by customers*In-personEmailPhoneChat/Text MessagesJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:* Bonus pay
