Job Description:

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote MS Dynamic CRM Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Serving as the primary IT liaison between IT and our Marketing, Sales and Support organization
Specifying and maintaining requirements artifacts
Managing the CRM product vision,
Qualifications for this position include:

BA/BS
Proven ability to:Lead complex projects and run multi-departmental project teams with minimum supervision
6+ years of experience with deep CRM - D365 product application management and/or implementation a must
Proficient in CRM business processes in sales force automation, marketing automation and service management functions
