JOB SUMMARYThe Service Technician position plays a vital role in our company. This position is the contact for closing out jobs prior to building inspections, buyer walks, and closings. Candidate must have the ability to pay close attention to detail, as the Service Technician will be the last person in the house prior to the buyer's final walkthrough.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily reporting to the warehouse to receive and ensure all materials for your daily jobs have been received
• Daily reporting and communication with service lead
• Daily use of a variety of power and hand tools
• Visiting multiple job sites daily to complete final punch work on installed cabinetsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    • Reliable transportation
