Job Description:

Summary: This position will lead the marketing department with
planning, implementing, executing, and tracking strategic marketing
and branding plans. This role will be responsible for content
creation and management, assisting in developing effective and
innovative brand strategies, managing social media strategy and the
company’s online presence, responsible for internal and external
communication and efforts. Accountable for building, growing, and
inspiring a team of marketing professionals. Job Functions: Develop
and oversee marketing team strategies: Ensuring the strategies
align with Vertical Bridge’s goals and objectives Create and
implement brand, marketing, and communication strategies for
Vertical Bridge Lead the implementation and execution of strategies
leveraging the marketing team, internal and external resources
Collaborate and create impactful internal branding strategies;
corporate marketing and communication materials, including
brochures, presentations, email signatures, social media content
and more Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Develop long-form and short-form writing for blogs, emails,
letters, press releases, social media, etc. Lead and manage the
marketing team through concept creation, approvals, and
optimizations Develop, manage, and update content on Vertical
Bridge’s website to reflect desired brand and image strategies
Partner in the review and editing of external communication
efforts, to include press releases and articles Drive press and
media exposure in collaboration with external agencies Develop
messaging, talking points, FAQs, and other communications to our
Vertical Bridge team Conduct monthly analysis of marketing strategy
and efforts, providing results and any corresponding
recommendations These job functions are representative of tasks
accomplished by incumbents. The list is not exhaustive; incumbents
perform other job-related tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Working Conditions and Physical Demands: Position will work
directly from the corporate office with minimum travel. Education
and Experience: Four-year degree preferred, preferably in
marketing, communications, or another related field Minimum 5-7
years of Marketing or Communications experience required Minimum
3-5 years of proven leadership experience in building and growing a
high performing team Prior experience working with various digital,
creative, and marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Webflow,
Adobe Creative Cloud and Salesforce Proficient user of Microsoft
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written, editing, and
oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas
and suggestions clearly and effectively Demonstrated mastery in
balancing multiple tasks with the ability to meet deadlines in a
fast-paced, changing environment Effective in an entrepreneurial
culture, working independently and as part of a team Vertical
