Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide
administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative support functions for Mortgage
Loan Originators up to application submission
Follow up with borrowers for required documentation and respond to
loan status inquiries
Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan
Originator's business
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of experience in administrative support
activities
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with
other departments
Participation in corporate and business line training is
mandatory
