supervision, this position is responsible for teaching
conversational English skills to students, focusing on improving
their speaking and listening abilities for effective communication.
Teach students to enhance their conversational English skills,
focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and comprehension.SPECIFIC
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging conversational English
lessons that cater to the varying proficiency levels of student.
Tailor lessons to meet the varying needs and proficiency levels of
students.
- Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments,
quizzes, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback to
help students improve their conversational skills.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning
environment. Encourage active participation and facilitate group
discussions and activities.
- Offer additional support and resources to students who require
extra help. Address individual learning needs and provide
personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to continuously
improve the curriculum. Incorporate innovative teaching methods and
materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and tools
for language instruction. Participate in professional development
activities as required.
- Promote cultural awareness and sensitivity in the classroom.

assigned.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a
related field. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Some teaching experience, preferably in teaching English as a
second language or in a similar educational setting.
- High level of English-speaking proficiency, with excellent
pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build
rapport with students and create a supportive learning
environment.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse
backgroundsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position requires an ability to
sit and stand for extended periods of time and to present verbal
lectures/demonstrations, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and
carry items occasionally in excess of twenty (20) pounds. Some
lifting of computer and electronic equipment may be required. It
also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines,
such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as
