Scheduling Specialist -Committed to providing excellence in diagnostic imaging, we are is on a mission to be the preferred provider. - This growing company is currently searching for a dependable, out-going individual who enjoys working with the public to fill a key position in our organization. - The Scheduling Specialst works in our centralized call center and plays an important role in the quality of service provided to our patients and physician office, and insurance carriers. -This individual will need to be flexible with their schedule as coverage for earlier or later shifts may be needed. Weekday and holiday coverage may also be discussed. -We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.Scheduling Specialist

• Answering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate party being either centers/physicians offices
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Handling customer complaints
• Take payments information via -phone
• Mailing and faxing reports
• Other duties as assigned by ManagerScheduling Specialist
