Property Manager Assistant - Bilingual Eng/EspWe are looking for
a Property Manager Assistant to join our team at our real estate
property management office. The successful Property Manager
Assistant will be responsible for multitasking data entries,
customer and service calls, on-site inspections and day-to-day
tasks and projects. The Property Manager Assistant should have
excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and an outgoing
personality.Job Type: Full-time, On-siteResponsibilities for the
Property Manager Assistant:
- Greets customers as they enter the office, call into the
office, or any other communications/visits with the office
- Serves as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and
management
- Works with property managers to make sure all administrative
duties pertaining to properties, work orders, move in, move outs,
inspections, listings, showings, and various other tasks are taken
care of for staff in the office
- Creates, updates, and maintains database for new and existing
properties, work order, special projects, office manuals, tenant,
and owner insurance policies, etc. in all real estate programs and
websites for company, self-audit for accuracy
- Maintains confidential information on tenants and vendors;
adheres to ethical and confidentiality agreements put forth by the
company
- Researches and runs applications for tenants, owners, vendors,
landlords, etc.
- Generates reports - late fees, lease renewals, maintenance, etc
- for property management leadership and managers
- Self-directed; ability to work both independently and in team
environment
- Schedules necessary appointments with customers and
vendorsRequirements of the Property Manager Assistant:
- Minimum 2 years of Property Management/Administrative related
experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Appfolio, and
various Real Estate and Marketing Software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective use of time and efficient multi-tasker
- Must have reliable transportation (car allowance offered)
- Real Estate license is a plusAll qualified applicants will
