With the principles of our team having over 300 years of combined experience.Our mission is to provide our customers quality service, from quality people, with dedication, knowledge, and safety.Summary/Objective Ability to direct and supervise staff and troubleshoot routine issues on the job site.Essential FunctionsCoordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnelDelegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractorsRecruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractorsProviding adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needsEmphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and proceduresDeveloping and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sitesResolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicablyRegularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officialsWork EnvironmentThis job operates in various outdoor locations in any type of weather. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise is to be expected.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Employee must be able to work overhead, climb ladders, operate hand and power tools. Some work may be at heights up to and exceeding 90 feet and may be in confined spaces.
