Apply today for our House Supervisor Administration PRN opening and continue to learn!Job Summary and QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) - Administrative House SupervisorAs a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrative House Supervisor, you will supervise all assigned hospital staff and facility operations under the direction of and or in the absence of administrative and department leaders. You will primarily work during off shifts, weekends, and holidays. In this role you will:
  • Coordinate staffing based on facility need and call outs
  • Facilitate patient flow and bed management as needed
  • Attend emergency events and provide staff support
  • Act as the administrative liaison of the facility to physicians, patients, and families
  • Assist with employee health issues
  • Assist with patient transfers, media inquiries, and complex issues
  • Enforce policy and procedures as needed What qualifications you will need:
    • FLA, LIS, RN
    • BSN preferred
    • BLS ACLS preferred
    • 3-5 years charge experienceThis role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital is a 229-bed acute care facility accredited by the Joint Commission.
