Remote Service Activation Specialist II or III

Job Description:

A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Service Activation Specialist II or III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Capturing and analyzing multiple switch protocols as well as messaging between network and customer equipment
Conducting DACS, MUX and multi-link configurations if applicable
Configuring and troubleshooting IP routes, MPLS private networks, Switches
Qualifications for this position include:

Working knowledge of basic/complex voice switches & translations
CCNA or CCNP certification
SDWAN/VMWARE experience
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years experience with 3 years directly related to the job
