Facilities Coordinator position is the central point of contact for
all Facility related services necessary to keep our retail stores
safe and image commensurate condition for both our customers and
employees. Responsible for the day-to-day processing of all
maintenance requests for repairs and small to medium size capital
improvement projects. This role will be responsible for following
up and sending a significant volume of communications related to
facility maintenance, repairs, and operational updates to internal
parties and external vendors. Organizational Relationships: Provide
daily support to stores (Dealership General Managers, Controllers,
and Service Managers). Regularly interacts with Corporate Real
Estate Services Management, Regional Management, In-House
Maintenance staff, Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, and outside
vendors. Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the stores by
collecting service requests and providing information/feedback via
phone, emails, and digital work order system. 2.Respond to
maintenance calls on a timely manner. Work order types include:
HVAC, roof, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial,
landscaping, doors, pavement/asphalt, general Repair & Maintenance,
life-safety issues, natural disasters, etc. 3.Dispatching vendors
and in-house Maintenance Technicians for work order requests. 4.
Communicating frequently with our stores, vendors, maintenance
technicians, region management, and other corporate departments. 5.
Obtain warranty information when necessary. 6. Training vendors on
the proper use of the digital work order system. 7. Ensure work is
performed in a safe and efficient manner by appropriate
personnel/vendors. 8. Reporting includes items that are
outstanding, in process, and past due. 9. Review vendor proposals
for proper scope and explanation of requirements; routing as
appropriate to obtain additional information/approvals. 10.
Management of database include: Office records, Warranties,
Construction Plans, other administrative needs, etc. 11.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision,

and vendors. 12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and
safety standards. 13. Personal skills include the ability to thrive
in a high volume fast paced environment, truly multitask,
demonstrate analytical and independent judgment, and possess
superior organization skills. Qualifications: 1. Must meet
company’s requirements for employment 2. High School diploma or
equivalent 3. Two plus years of related work experience preferred
4. Experience in a providing quality customer service 5. Microsoft
Office Suite experience (Excel, Outlook) 6. Work order management
software experience preferred 7. Demonstrated written and verbal
communication skills 8. Ability to prioritize workload with a good
sense of urgency 9. Organization and follow-up skills 10. Strong
