We are currently seeking exceptional Property Claims Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys with at least one year of experience in defense of first party property claims litigation, that and possess: Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar; Excellent and persuasive verbal and writing skills; Exceptional time management and organizational skills; A commitment to the delivery of exceptional work-product and advocacy practice; Proficiency in technology and program resources including, but not limited to, all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based meeting and litigation management programs, electronic timekeeping and billing software; Experience in court proceedings, depositions, mediations; as well as litigation strategy planning with clients.
