Construction Manager (Power Cable Plough)

Job description:

--- Will lead a team of construction foreman while being one of the main operators of the Power Cable plough.

--- In charge of maintaining the work site and making sure all plans are done correctly and on time.

--- Will be interacting with clients, contractors, and customers on the work site.

--- Maintain proper safety regulations while also managing tools, equipment, and needs for the site.

--- Making sure each person below them is doing their tasks and getting the job done correctly in a timely manner.

--- Must have a good understanding of the Power Cable Plough and be able to help other workers understand how it is operated and the safety hazards that come with it.

--- Will be on the road 100% of the time 3 weeks on 1 week off.

Requirements:

--- 10 years minimum experience in construction.

--- MUST have experience with operating a Power Cable Plough.

--- Experience managing and running a team.

--- Be willing to travel (100%) 3 weeks on 1 week off

--- Pass Drug/Background test.

Location: Headquarters in Jupiter, FL but travel all southeast of US (Prefer someone near Jupiter)

Benefits: 401k, United Health Care, 3 weeks PTO, Fuel card

Pay: 30-45/hour
