Human Resources Manager - Home Health in Port St. Lucie, FL We
are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Human Resources Manager who

key role, you will lead HR operations for our Treasure Coast care
center, overseeing onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and
employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring not

compassionate care. Our Human Resources Managers enjoy some notable
benefits: - Salary - $80,000 - $90,000 annually, based on
experience. - Consistent Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30

engaging work environment. As a Human Resources Manager, here's a
big picture view of what you'll do: - Serve as the primary HR point
of contact for the Treasure Coast care center, partnering with
leadership to ensure smooth HR operations. - Oversee the full
employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding,
payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. - Host
orientations at both Treasure Coast offices, West Palm Beach and
Port St. Lucie. - Manage HRIS functions, ensuring accurate employee
records and timely reporting. - Support compliance tracking for
licenses, certifications, and required trainings. - Provide
guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy
interpretation. - Foster a positive work environment through
engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and effective
communication. A few must-haves for a Human Resources Manager: -
Four (4) year college degree in human resources or closely related
field. - Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience,
preferably in healthcare or a related field. - Ability to commute
to either office location, as needed. - Proficiency in payroll and
HRIS systems (ADP preferred). - Strong knowledge of employment laws
and HR best practices. - Exceptional organizational skills,
attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information
