Private Practice Setting Bella Mental Health is a growing private
practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed,
and solution-focused mental health care. Since 2020, we have
proudly served Brevard County in a fully renovated office,
centrally located practice in Melbourne. We continue to expand in
order to serve our community. Our team provides a wide range of
services, including forensic mental health evaluations, wellness
services, psychological assessments, child custody evaluations, and
comprehensive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We are
seeking a Psychiatrist or PMHNP to join our dynamic team and
provide high-quality psychiatric care to our patients. This is an
excellent opportunity for a practioner who values meaningful
patient relationships, collaborative teamwork, and a supportive
practice environment. What We Offer Choose between independent
practice, MSO-supported care, or W-2 employment. • Flexible
schedule: part-time (1099) PMHNP roles or Psychiatrist position •
Hybrid care options: in-person visits with some telehealth
availability • Fully furnished office space with complete clinical
setup • Administrative and billing support, including office
manager and dedicated billing provider • Access to our EHR system
and electronic prescription services • Supportive, collaborative
work environment with experienced therapists Key Responsibilities •
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic
assessments • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized
treatment plans • Provide medication management and ongoing
follow-up care • Collaborate with therapists and healthcare
professionals to support holistic care • Build strong, lasting
relationships with patients and families Qualifications • Licensed
Psychiatrist or PMHNP in Florida • DEA license required • Board
Certification (ANCC or AANP for PMHNPs) • Experience prescribing
for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders • Comfortable
prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate as
well as GLP-1 (or willing to learn) • Strong communication,
empathy, and rapport-building skills • Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compensation &
