Job Description:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic conditions affecting adult patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care. This role includes both outpatient consultations and surgical procedures in Delray Medical Center and/or Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Great work life balance! Hours are 9:00-5:00 (closed 12:00-1:00 daily). Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system in adult patients (average patient in 70 s) Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as cystoscopies, urodynamics, and imaging studies Manage conditions including kidney stones, incontinence, urinary tract infections, prostate issues, and cancers of the bladder, kidneys, and prostate Perform urologic surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures Prescribe and monitor medications and nonsurgical treatments Collaborate with primary care physicians, oncologists, nephrologists, and other specialists as needed Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Valid medical license (or ability to obtain) in the state of Florida Fellowship training (optional) in subspecialties such as urologic oncology, endourology, or female urology is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care Preferred Experience: 2 years of post-residency clinical practice (new grads welcome to apply) Experience with robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic) Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology preferred Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage Paid time off and CME allowance Retirement plan options (401k, pension, etc.) Relocation assistance About Us: TGH Urology Group of Florida, patients throughout the Delray Beach, Florida community, as well as Palm Beach County and South Florida, can get comprehensive care for their urological needs.
