chiropractic healthcare. Role Summary: The Patient Care Coordinator
is the heartbeat of our clinic. This role is responsible for
creating a warm, welcoming environment for patients, managing the
flow of the office, and ensuring every individual feels cared for
from the moment they walk in. This position combines administrative
excellence with genuine human connection, serving as the first and
last point of contact for our patients. Key Responsibilities: •
Greet patients warmly and cultivate a positive, compassionate first
impression. • Manage phones and appointment scheduling with
precision and urgency. • Handle patient intake, forms, and
documentation in compliance with HIPAA and chiropractic board
standards. • Process payments and manage accounts with accuracy. •
Support the doctor and care team in delivering seamless patient
experiences. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional
reception area. • Execute marketing and patient communication
tasks, including workshops and events. • Uphold and embody our core
values: Connection, Correction, Compassion. Qualifications: •
Required: • 2 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or
hospitality roles. • Strong organizational skills and ability to
multi-task. • Excellent verbal and written communication. •
Tech-savvy with scheduling and CRM systems (Go High Level
experience a plus). • Professional, polished appearance with a warm
demeanor. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented
environment. • Preferred: • Experience in a chiropractic or
physical therapy clinic. • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
