Job Description:

Registered Nurse Part TimeWe are currently searching for a Part-time Registered Nurse to work Tues-Thurs, with some Mondays or Fridays. This individual who can work 24-34 hours weekly and who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: prepares patients for procedures; assist physician during procedure; provides care for patients in recovery and actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities. Position will start in PACU and train in Pre-op, Yag lasers, and circulate OR.

Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS, and have at least two years of registered nurse experience.
