Emergency Medicine opening in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Envision Physician Services is searching for an Associate Medical Director to lead our team at St. Lucie Medical Center - at Darwin Square, a Free Standing Emergency Room in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.Facility Profile:

• Gorgeous state-of-the art 12,000 square foot facility with 11 treatment rooms, (including 2 pediatric rooms and 1 trauma room)
• Fully equipped ED featuring Advanced imaging equipment - including a 32-Slice CT, Ultrasound and two X-Ray units
• Laboratory on site
• Pharmacy on site
• 10,500 visits per year (approx. 1.2 pts. per hour)
• 24 hours physician coverage
• Seamless admitting process to Main Hospital and local Stroke and cardiac center
• Excellent staff with team oriented attitudeQualified candidates must be Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) within five years of residency completion and must be Emergency Room Residency trained. Candidate must have current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). The St. Lucie Emergency Room at Darwin Square is committed to delivering comprehensive emergency medical services to the residents of western Port St. Lucie, 24/7. The facility is located on S.W. Darwin Blvd., near the corner of S.W. Port St. Lucie Blvd. and S.W. Darwin Blvd. The offsite ER does provide the surrounding community with immediate access to experienced, board certified emergency room physicians, state-of-the-art imaging and diagnostic equipment, a laboratory and offers a full range of services. Located on the southern end of mainland St. Lucie County, Port St. Lucie is a recreation-rich paradise filled with pleasant pursuits.
