PositionDescriptionThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures anddelivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functionsin the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with othermembers of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluatesnursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as aresource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization?svision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience andclinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.Qualifications * FL RN Licensure, or* Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) * Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing preferred. * BSN preferred* Current BLS & ACLS Certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)* 1+ years of RN experience in a Critical Care environment.* Ability to perform Administrative duties as assigned.* Previous charge nurse experience preferred.* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.Notice Our Company?s recruiters are here to help unlock the next possibility within your career and we take your candidate experience very seriously.
