Overseeing multiple HR teams-including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development-you will align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and compliance.What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams to optimize performance, engagement, and talent development.
• Build and implement strategic HR policies, leadership programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Champion compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, health & safety, and employee well-being programs.
• Develop and drive remote workforce policies and global HR initiatives, including nearshore partnerships.
• Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with business growth and operational goals.What You Bring
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years in HR leadership, preferably in a high-growth or contact center environment.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage HR operations at scale.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics to drive workforce optimization.Perks & Benefits
