Responsibilities: The Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight and/or development of clinical programming within Foster Care. He/she will oversee the conceptualization and implementation of strength based individualized treatment planning and interventions. The Clinical Manager will ensure treatment team members, families/caregivers, and staff members have an understanding of and utilize a trauma informed care treatment approach.

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure a trauma informed and strength-based implementation of treatment planning and approaches.
• Lead the development of clinical strategies that encourage youth and family engagement in the treatment process.
• Ensure the development and coordination of client treatment planning encompasses the values, beliefs, racial, and cultural diversities of the individual and family served.
• Evaluate the overall program system to ensure team members are educated on and implementing clinical treatment strategies as identified by treatment plan methods and recommendations.
• Attend treatment team meetings, advocate for, and ensure that treatment strategies are transferable to home setting.
• Act as a member of the Sanctuary CORE team and ensure the commitments of Sanctuary are used as a guidance for treatment planning.
