Out-Performer Growth Marketing Manager for the Beauty Business (JN -052022-4856)
Our client is an award-winning beauty devices and skincare products developer, present in the most prestige retailers and exclusive spas throughout the world.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will execute campaign strategy for customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic campaign ideation, creation, and ad operations.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary and commission, relocation, medical, vision, and dental insurance.
Qualifications / Requirements

  • A Minimum 3+ years of experience managing ad spend across digital marketing channels such as Google & Meta.
  • Media Buyer with Strong FB Ads experience but also has experience with all paid social platforms, Google Ads, bonus if they have more than this.
  • Spent at least 6 figures in ad spend ($300,000/month ad spend minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better).
  • Should have experience spending $150K+ per month post iOS 14.5 update for a DTC, CPG brand hitting at least a 2.5 ROAS.
  • Deep knowledge liaising with dev teams to set up events on different ad platforms as well as ensuring all the events are setup properly and firing at the appropriate places.
  • Experience working with the branding/creative team to produce high quality ad assets that have proven to capture an audience's attention and is on par with the branding guidelines.
  • Experience with walking through a reporting structure to communicate/display ad performance across different platforms and report on on-going experiments that need to be tested.
  • A highly analytical mind and are obsessed with achieving KPIs.
  • Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in social campaign orchestration.
  • Should have experience with BI & attribution Tools.
  • Passion about the paid media landscape, and can demonstrate thought leadership in the space.
  • Willing to relocate.
    Responsibilities
    • Providing strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media landscape
    • Launching ad campaigns across paid social & paid search platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok & Snapchat
    • Becoming an expert on our goals and develop creative solutions that boost the brand's reputation and conversions
    • Gaining a deep understanding of our products and competitors so you can launch the most effective ad campaigns that have high engagement
    • Liaising with the branding/creative team to ensure all ad assets (static imagery & video) and ad copy are on par with the brand guidelines
    • Presenting weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlighting what's worked, new experiments to run, etc.
    • Advising the director of Digital Growth on improving their bottom of funnel performance to lower our overall CAC and improve LTV
    • Staying on top of internal & cross department communication + demonstrate strong project management skills
