The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth, and we need
your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers
while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic
deterrence. • As a Software Configuration Analyst Sr, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining software configuration
management tools to support configuration identification, control,
reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and externally
purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products. • Your
responsibilities will include: • Software configuration management,
configuration change management, records/release and data
management. • Support development and production contracts to
ensure the program meets customer expectations and audits. •
Analyze proposed hardware and software changes of product design to
determine effect on overall product and system. • Performs
configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure
new software product operating parameters are documented, comply
with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically
sustainable. • Maintains the Software Configuration Management
System including collection or distribution of code documentation,
problem report and change request processing, software build
documents, and delivery of software products to operational
environments. • Establish change orders and prepare for change
authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. •
Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and
coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support,
manufacturing and engineering data control activities. • Ensure
that customer requirements are implemented, and review change
activities to ensure compliance with configuration management
policies. • Responsible for planning and executing all Software
Configuration Management. Create and establish HW and SW CM
processes on development programs. • Interface with cross
functional leads, engineers, and to achieve program objectives in
accordance with program schedule. • Perform configuration
management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software
product operating parameters are documents. • Frequent interface
with internal company and external contacts as required. Basic
Qualifications • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
(Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, etc.). • Facilitate
cross-department coordination of release management functions. •
Experience in Coordinating between Release Management, QA, and
Engineering and other teams to streamline SW/HW releases. •
Experience working on Sprints in a JIRA environment. • Maintain
databases and help manage and track delivery products through
completion. • Experience ensuring verification and analysis of all
work products to meet high quality standards and accuracy. •
Willingness to work various tasks and areas of Configuration
Management. • Active Secret Clearance with ability to get a
Top-Secret clearance. Desired skills • Possess good computer
skills, including knowledge of MS office, and software
applications. • Experience with Development and Production
contracts. • Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with markings, formatting and handling of
documentation. • Knowledgeable in Windchill/EPDM. • Familiar with

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $93,800 - $162,610. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
