What You’ll Do Perform precise setups for complex machining operations Operate advanced 5?axis horizontal mills Work with titanium and nickel alloys for aerospace components Handle high?value parts with accuracy and care Maintain documentation in full compliance with ITAR requirements Ensure every part meets the highest standards of quality and safety What You Bring Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints Hands-on CNC machining experience, including setups and changeovers 3–5 years working with similar high?performance materials A commitment to precision, quality, and continuous improvement Highly Preferred Skills Experience with Fanuc controls Why You’ll Love Working Here Established company since 1962 with a reputation for stability Low turnover and a truly supportive team environment Internal promotion culture — real opportunities to advance Climate?controlled facility for your comfort and safety Work on challenging, meaningful aerospace projects every day Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled facility equipped with over 26 machines, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Delray Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
