Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for a K-12 educational setting located in Lehigh Acres, FL. This contract position spans the current school year and offers the chance to work directly on-site within a dynamic school environment supporting students across various grade levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide behavioral support strategies. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency of behavioral approaches. Support and mentor paraprofessionals and staff working in autism classrooms or with students exhibiting behavioral challenges. Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly to promote positive student outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: Active BCBA licensure is required. Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in autism or special education settings, is preferred. Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data-based decision making. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to working on-site throughout the contract duration. Location: On-site position based in Lehigh Acres, Florida, serving multiple school sites with varied assignments including Cypress Palm Middle School. Additional Details: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) during the contract period. School calendar year position.
