Superintendent — Ground-Up Luxury Commercial (St Lucie County -
Port St Lucie, Okeechobee) Be part of a proven, award-winning GC as
they grow their East Coast footprint. They’re building landmark,
ground-up commercial to projects across Port St. Lucie/Okeechobee
areas—and they’re hiring a Traveling Commercial Superintendent
candidate preferably experienced in hospitality/resort, amenities,
or entertainment/theme park construction. What You’ll Do Lead daily
field operations and subcontractor coordination Keep projects safe,
on schedule, and on budget Oversee site logistics, inspections, and
quality control Be the on-site leader driving project success from
start to finish What They’re Looking For 10 years as a
Superintendent on $30M ground-up projects with experience in
hospitality/resort, amenities, or entertainment/theme park building
Deep knowledge of local subs and market practices Strong field
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Procore,
Bluebeam, MS Project or P6 experience a plus Proven track record
