detail-oriented Courtroom Specialist to join our team in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers the
opportunity to contribute to essential administrative operations
within a focused legal environment. The role requires a commitment
to accuracy, organization, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to courtroom
staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. • Answer incoming calls
courteously and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. •
Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records
and documentation. • Act as the first point of contact for visitors
by managing receptionist duties and maintaining a welcoming
environment. • Handle confidential information with discretion and
adhere to legal protocols. • Coordinate schedules and appointments,
ensuring efficient time management. • Prepare and organize
courtroom materials, including filing and distributing necessary
documents. • Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment
to support daily functions. • Collaborate with other administrative
staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency.• Proven
experience in administrative assistance or related roles. • Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in
managing inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with data entry practices and maintaining accurate
records. • Ability to manage receptionist responsibilities and
greet visitors professionally. • High level of organizational
skills with attention to detail. • Experience working in a legal or
courtroom setting is a plus. • Ability to handle sensitive
information with confidentiality and professionalism.
