with crew scheduling and permits is a plusHave the ability and
willingness to work in a solo or team environmentHave front desk
operation and receptionist experienceHave a POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and
a "We before me" mentalityBe able to follow
directions/instructionsBe able to handle a high call volumeHave
experience in schedulingAccurate keyboard skills and experience
with various office equipment/machines, with strong knowledge of
Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, EXCEL and OutlookBe able to use
critical thinking to solve problemsHave excellent phone skills
while speaking with a great diversity of customersBe able to follow
directions and instructionsMust have a presentable
appearanceExcellent people skillsBe willing to be fully
cross-trained for other positions as neededBenefits:Only work
