The ORA hatchery complex is located at Florida Atlantic Universitys Harbor Branch Campus in Ft. Pierce, Florida. ORA is the largest marine ornamental hatchery in North America and we are constantly developing new techniques to bring the finest captive bred specimens to environmentally conscientious aquarists throughout the world. Aquacultured marine life is the only alternative to wild caught fish and invertebrates for aquariums.Job DescriptionORA is looking for a full time, in-house Sales Data Entry Clerk. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm.You will be responsible for:Order processing and invoicingProcessing credit cards, posting checksCollections and other AR responsibilitiesUpdating price lists and online ordering formsPrepare reports and analysisGeneral office duties and communicationsAnswer phone calls and emailsOther tasks as neededQualificationsWhat were looking for:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skillsSales and customer service experiencePet lovers preferred, experience with aquariums is desiredQuickBooks experience preferredMS Excel experience preferredAdditional InformationOur ideal candidate is a pleasant, outgoing professional that works well within a team.Compensation includes base salary plus paid time off and health insurance.Please submit your resume AND cover letter.
