You will supervise the financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and cash flow as the Full Charge Bookkeeper. The Full Charge Bookkeeper might also be allowed to lead the clerical staff. Accounting professional who thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision this could be the Bookkeeper role for you if you are self-driven and organized. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Port St. Lucie, Florida area.Key responsibilities- List budget transfers- File cash flow projections, as needed- Maintain monthly accounting close- Other unique projects when they come up- Ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement- Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments- Make all cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.- Maintain Accounts Payable- Accounts Receivable- Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation- Plan monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents- Report business license and gross receipts
